New Level And Augment Added.

Level 3 is here, this level takes place on the roof tops of the Platform where a group of defective robots have set up shop. But this time they got their hands on something that will give you a run for your money. 

The new augment is Shield GAMMA a powerful defensive ability. The Shield is a experimental energy field made by Requiem INC. This Shield blocks all incoming damage and converts half of it to valor with 10 second cooldown. The reason I added this is because I felt while play testing you would get into situations were there's no way out so I added this to make so they come up less often.
