New boss battle, The raise of Devoi.

Level 4 is out! It's basically just a boss fight with Devoi The Revenant. He is a beast that is attacking the police officers and you have to stop him. He's a silent killer that has roamed these streets for years.  No knows who he is, we don't even know where the name Devoi came from. Most people think he's just a folk tale, but he's real and he has a secret that will reveal why he's so quite.
